Time cannot break the bird's wing from the bird. Bird and wing together Go down, one feather. No thing that ever flew, Not the lark, not you, Can die as others do.

Hello Lovelies—

This week I passed the anniversary of my mother’s 83 birthday. Is it possible she has been gone a decade? While we had a tough time when she was alive, I feel her so much in these days as I write a book based on her family. This week, a meditation on birds and mothering.

As promised, here is the link to the audio version for paid subscribers.

If you are not yet a patron and you can afford it, please consider supporting my work with a paid subscription (for as little as $6/mo), which not only supports the work I do but gives you full access to the archive AND the bi-monthly Living Wild Creativity Prompts. Your financial support of the hours of work that go into these meditations helps keep the lights on, and I appreciate it.
